Jack Rabbit are thrilled to announced that Wonder Yoga is back to bend it in the vines again for the seventh series of Yoga in the Vines.
Time to release your inner zen while saluting the sun.
No matter what your level of experience is, pop your leggings on, grab a yoga mat and enjoy the ultimate stretch session with one of the best instagram-worthy views.
The morning will begin with a sixty minute yoga flow class overlooking the picturesque views of Corio Bay. WonderFlow is a contemporary vinyasa class using intelligent sequencing that marries breath and movement opening not just your body but also your mind. Discover the balance between strength and flexibility which improves your physical and mental wellbeing. The movement of the vinyasa style draws you to stillness and complete ease by the end of the class.
Following the class you’ll head to House of Jack Rabbit for a glass of bubbles and a delicious two course breakfast with coffee or tea.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you for the yoga session
