As Autumn settles over Pipers River, the 2025 vintage at Dalrymple Vineyards is in full swing. But amidst the harvest, we're taking a moment to open our doors and invite you to Dalrymple Unearthed—an exclusive experience that goes beyond the bottle and into our winery. On Saturday, 17 May, we're welcoming a small collection of guests for an intimate day at Dalrymple Vineyards, where you'll explore the vineyard, step into the barrel room for an exclusive tasting and share a seasonal long lunch that celebrates the best of Tasmania. With canapés on arrival, a seasonal lunch featuring locally sourced produce, and shared Tasmanian cheese boards, every moment is thoughtfully curated to celebrate the best of our region. From our Head Winemaker, Pete Caldwell and the Dalrymple team, you'll hear the stories, taste the vintages, and experience the place where it all begins. To make the day seamless, return transport from Launceston is included.
