In the modern world, it's easy to be deceived by the pursuit of external wealth; money, possessions, and popularity. How much time and energy do is spent chasing these things, and where do they lead?
By contrast, in this course, explore the inner wealth of love, compassion, patience, and wisdom, and where these qualities can lead. Learn to enjoy life and help others enjoy theirs, understanding how to avoid distractions that do not lead to happiness.
Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Tsalden teaches this course, to recognise the limitations of external wealth, without rejecting it, and teaching how to cultivate inner wealth.
By learning to balance material conditions with spiritual practice, avoid the extremes of materialism and neglect, and instead find the middle way. This will transform lives and discover true meaning and lasting fulfillment.

Gen Kelsang Tsalden is an Australian Buddhist nun, ordained by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in 2006. With 20 years spent practising Kadampa Buddhism, and over 16 years experience as a teacher, her clear, light-hearted, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.
