Become a farmer and a distiller for the day at Australia's only farm-to-bottle distillery. Don a cowboy hat to cut, crush and drink your very own freshly pressed sugar cane juice - spiked with white rum for those who are game! Learn the secrets to making the traditional 'ti punch' cocktail, then join our guides to go behind the scenes of our working farm distillery until you reach the barrel house, where you will sample some of Australia's finest sipping rums.
