Australia's South West

This region holds two extremes at once, towering karri forests among the tallest trees on Earth standing an hour from cliffs where wild ocean swells crash into the coast. Limestone caves beneath the surface offer their own quiet contrast, still and ancient after the noise above. Margaret River's vineyards roll through the same country, grapes grown within sight of the sea. The forest and the coast never seem to agree on the weather, and that's half the charm.
