Visit Lighthouse Beach for Sunrise Yoga every Tuesday.
Shelley, a qualified yoga teacher with more than six years of teaching experience, runs Lighthouse Beach Yoga from the deck at Tacking Point Surf Lifesaving Club. The yoga practice is for 45 minutes and is open to all ages and abilities.
No booking is required. Bring your mat, a towel and your keep cup if you're staying on for a coffee at the beautiful Coast Cafe.
