Join fishermen Paul Aquilina and Gary Howard at the regenerative Stix Farm on the banks of the Hawkesbury River to learn about the Hawkesbury River fishing industry and how its sustained. Featuring an eel trapping and fish meshing demonstration followed by a tasting of locally caught seafood prepared by the renowned Stix Catering.
