Join Australian natural beekeeping pioneer Tim Malfroy as he leads us through the principles of natural and sustainable beekeeping, wild honey production and the importance of bees and pollination to food production in Western Sydney. Taste honey produced by Tim and Emma Malfroy’s bees, ethically produced in the Blue Mountains. Enjoy lunch featuring organic ingredients from Stix Farm.
