Description

This screening of 'We Forgot to Break Up' is part of Feast Festival's Adelaide Queer Film Festival launch, which features a lineup of premieres, documentaries, and cult classics. Based on Kayt Burgess's award-winning novel “Heidegger Stairwell” We Forgot to Break Up follows trans musician Evan (Jesse Todd) caught in a love triangle with his bandmates as they rise to fame. Set to the backdrop of early 2000s Toronto, this fi ctional-memoir fi lm is a tender reminder of the trials and tribulations, the mistakes, big breaks, and heartaches of coming of age.
