You're invited to come dressed in the glamorous Art Deco style and fully immerse yourself in the mystery. Murder at the Manor - The Story So Far... It is 1929 and Pokeingham is celebrating the life of elderly heiress Rose Stimper, who has bequeathed the village a large sum of money and left instructions that the villagers must decide how best to spend it. The entire village turns out to attend Pokeingham Hall, which has been thrown open for the first time in many years to host the event. But beware, all is not as it seems. There are dark forces at work. Dinner Menu Entrees: Rangers’ valley beef carpaccio, black truffle cream, quail egg, roquette, artichokes, barigoule, parmesan. Burrata, heirloom tomatoes, balsamic, dried kalamata olives, gremolata croutons. Mains: Confit belly of pork, pommery mustard pomme pure, saltbush, pickled radish, parsnip, cider jus. Oven roasted breast of chicken, potato fondants, broccolini, king oyster fricassee, thyme jus. Desserts: Bitter chocolate custard, oreo crumb, chocolate ice cream, chocolate tuille.
