Regarded as one of the world’s premier paper sculptors, Sydney artist Stuart McLachlan presents his first solo with FLG. Talking to the decisions, sacrifices, work and consequences of keeping a roof over ones head 'Homebound' delves into the multifaceted journey of finding a true home—whether it’s a physical space or a community of like-minded souls that provides comfort and belonging. This search is often fraught with challenges, dangers, and even mortal risks. The fundamental need not only to discover a home but to safeguard all it encompasses is what creates a sanctuary for those within.
