Led by one of their talented and creative chefs, you will prepare and create the ultimate grazing table - featuring house made breads and crackers and both hot and cold elements to cover all dietary requirements and appetites. You will also learn to put together a smaller cheese board with artisan cold meats and cheese pairings perfect for entertaining a smaller group. They will then delve into how to style and create an unforgettable grazing spread to show off all your creations. Lastly you will make a signature cocktail and then you have plenty of time to enjoy the view and the masterpiece you've created with the class. Class includes tuition, recipes and meals with regional wine, beer or soft drinks.
