Description
Culinary anarchist Jonny Lake and world-leading sommelier Isa Bal take over Vasse Felix for an exclusive evening at one of the region’s most iconic vineyard restaurants. Special guests Jonny and Isa are the founders of Trivet, a coveted London restaurant with two Michelin stars.
Jonny will collaborate with Vasse Felix Head Chef Cam Jones, curating four courses of fare paired with wines chosen by Isa Bal and Vasse Felix winemaker Virginia Willcock. Both chefs are known for crafting dishes with extraordinary medleys of flavour and texture.
This event is part of Pair’d Margaret River Region - a new world-class four-day celebration of wine and food from 14-17 November.
