Today, the gardens feature trees planted as far back as the 1860s, protected by the National Trust of Australia, Register of Significant Trees, along with native varietals and a few rare and precious species. As you explore, Travis will share fascinating stories about how each generation of the Purbrick family has left its mark on the gardens and the ongoing efforts to preserve this unique landscape for future generations.
