Description

The Coochiemudlo Island Christmas Markets provide a great family day out. Drive to Victoria Point and take the eight-minute ferry across to Coochiemudlo Island. Use your 50 cent fares to take public transport and the ferry to get here. A short walk from the ferry on the foreshore, you will find the markets with various stalls, including arts and crafts, fashion, homewares, gifts and food and music. This market is themed for Christmas and there will be childrens' christmas activities including learning to juggle. Enjoy morning tea or lunch at the Curlew Cafe (BYO) or the Coochie Beach Bar - Licenced. Have a swim or take a walk around the island and enjoy the Emerald Fringe and wetlands. Visit the Coochiemudlo Artisan Collective Gallery. A Sunday outing that kids and adults will enjoy!
