Dosa Date Night

Treat a mate you haven't seen in a while and come smash down a dosa at Babajis! Every Thursday in Octover and November, a live dosa station will be sizzling, Chef will teach you how to spin your own dosa (or let Babajis do the hard work)! Warning - it's not easy! Ten dosas to choose from, street food theatre and lots of laughs in a beautiful setting on the Birrarung River. It's a date night to remember! A dosa is a large South Indian crispy pancake made from fermented lentils and urid daal. And the best bit, they are gluten free and oh so healthy!
