The Big Gay Yoga Day

Experience a fabulous day of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Sound Healing for the LGBTQ+ community, allies, friends and family. Led by four local experienced queer wellness facilitators, The Big Gay Yoga Day will nourish, inspire and connect the Canberra community deeper to themselves and each other. Enjoy a delicious vegan lunch catered by Canberra queer caterers "Rosalie's", and baked treats from  Sweet Bones Bakery & Cafe. Start the day with gentle yoga, led by Andreas Anthony from Andreas Embodiment to feel warmed up and invigorated. Qigong & Vocal Embodiment exercises will connect participants deeply to their hearts and to the community's voice. Lead by the incredible Minh Thanh Van from Van Music Studios (who is also known as the fabulous drag queen Xenon Revolution)! After lunch, Joshua Alexander from Transition Breath guides a connecting breathwork practice.  Finally,  Hayden Crosweller, local yoga and meditation teacher, and psychic medium, will treat participants to a restorative sound bath and guided meditation complete with reiki healing.
