Taking cues from the best Parisian venues, it features a list of largely natural bottles sourced by importers Tom Sheer and James Audas. Wine-friendly eats are covered by Ollie Wong-Hee, who honed his skills during stints at Sydney standouts Ester and Sixpenny. Next stop: Town Square.
