COPACC's Creatures in the Gardens

Join in for heaps of fun with Giant Bugs, The musical Plants, and The Connies! COPACC is bringing more creatures to the Gardens in 2025 - bring along your picnic rug, sunscreen and drink bottles and get involved! Sanctum Studio's Giant Bugs turn the miniscule gargantuan and raise awareness of the ubiquity of insects. Playable Streets - The Plants The Plants are new experimental musical instruments that combine organic matter and bespoke digital sensors developed by Playable Streets. For the first-time these plant-based instruments are available for the public to play and create new live compositions. The Connies is a collective of tram conductors, performers, educators, ecologists and nature lovers touring festivals, shows and other events throughout Victoria and beyond.
