Description
ADDiCTED is a true-to-life story and deals with a serious issue in an artistic way.
Mime: Adam Jackson (Jacques) struggles to take control of his life without a word.
Dance: Rosemary Ochtman (Jacques’ friend) has a bubbly façade & her wavering voice of persuasion will have you guessing. As the voice of Jacque’s wife, the effects are clear.
Music: Sanny Veloo wonders how he can help & has composed most of the songs, collaborating with Andrew Cooper’s lyrics & some of his own.
Co-writers Karen King, Andrew Cooper and dramaturg Emilie Collyer make up the team and look forward to seeing you at one of the eight regional and four city shows for their world premiere tour.
ADDiCTED has been described as unique work that brings such strong elements together.
