Rocky Trail Pump and Flow | Sunshine Coast QLD

Sunshine Coast, grab your BMX, hardtail or dirt jumper and strap yourself in for some pump track action! Round two is here at Sugarbag MTB Park on the Sunshine Coast – we’re in town for 3 days! A massive 2-days with the Rocky Trail Academy and the pump track racing will be happening after the new Shred & Flow race! Shred in the morning – pump in the afternoon! Racers can clock in multiple race times throughout the day and the fastest group of racers in male and female classifications for juniors and seniors will progress through the final Pump & Flow Shootout Heat. So keep pumping, keep pedalling and keep clocking those times in to get to the Shootout final heat – the crowd will be watching and cheering for you, live onsite and online!
