Combining contemporary Western philosophical inquiries with classical Buddhist investigations into the nature of the mind, Andy and Lynn invite you to spend a weekend on a personal, experiential journey to look deeply at the mind and the nature of reality. Accessible and practical, these contemplative and meditative practices help you face your own experiences with openness, spontaneity and compassion, liberate yourself from the tyranny of your mental projections and access your own natural goodness.
Over the course of this weekend, you will learn how to meditate; build a deep appreciation for why you meditate; unravel your ordinary concepts about mind and the world around you; investigate the flaws of a materialistic worldview; and get a taste of your mind’s vast capacity for wisdom and compassion.
