Battle of Burton St - Vincentia

Phoebe's Kitchen goes to head-to-head with The Local, serving three courses each of a six course feast. The Local won the coveted trophy last year, but will they retain it??? Guests will receive a beer or bubbles upon arrival, and each team will craft a canapé, entrée, and a substantial dish, plus dessert—ensuring both hearts and bellies are full. This friendly competition gives attendees the chance to vote for their favourite dishes. To keep things fair, the menu will be anonymous, meaning no one will know which team prepared which dish until the winners are announced at the end of the night. The prize? The Battle on Burton Trophy—and, of course, a full year of bragging rights! The decision is in the hands of the guests! Join the community in the courtyard for an evening under the stars, roaming street eats, an onsite bar, live music, and a chance to gather with friends, family, and fellow food lovers—all in the spirit of great food, community, and a little friendly competition.
