This Tasting Australia event will begin with a distillery tour and introduction to Mary, Prohibition's 900-litre copper still. Delve into the rich history of gin, exploring its origins in the Prohibition era and how this sparked a namesake brand. Next is the chance to blend a carefully curated selection of Prohibition gins with a range of botanical distillates to suit your personal palate. Each guest will take home two 100ml bottles of their own blend, and receive a tasting flight of three Prohibition gins together with a light antipasto board. Included in your ticket is a light antipasto board, tasting flight featuring three Prohibition gins, garnishes and mixers, 90-minute gin blending masterclass, two 100ml bottles of your personally blended gin to take home $10 discount on any 500ml or 700ml Prohibition gin purchased on the day.
