ANZAC Day Commemorations – Whitsunday Region

On Friday 25 April 2025, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice and resilience of our servicemen and women at ANZAC Day services across the Whitsunday region. Airlie Beach Main Service: 9:00am at the Airlie Esplanade Cenotaph (March assembles at 8:00am at Broadwater Avenue car park) Bowen Dawn Service: 5:50am at the Herbert Street Cenotaph Main Service: 9:30am at the Herbert Street Cenotaph (March assembles at 8:50am at the RSL) Cannonvale Dawn Service: 5:30am at the Coral Esplanade Cenotaph Collinsville Dawn Service: 6:00am at the Stanley Street Cenotaph Main Service: 9:00am at the Stanley Street Cenotaph (March assembles at 8:45am at Foodworks) Proserpine Dawn Service: 4:30am at the Ken McPherson Memorial Gardens Cenotaph Main Service: 10:50am at the Ken McPherson Memorial Gardens Cenotaph (March assembles at 10:30am at the RSL) These services provide an opportunity for the community to come together in solemn reflection and remembrance of those who have served and continue to serve our country.
