In the 1860s, two Chilean men started working for the Cunningham family at Lanyon Homestead. Who were they and why did they travel to Canberra? Join Canberra architect and researcher Fernando Pino as he unearths the story of Eusebio Ponce and Rupelto Rodrigues, two Chilean men who in the 1860s were employed at Lanyon Homestead. They also brought the Chilean pisé de terre building method to the region. Discover the cultural connections between Chile and Canberra.
