Fight Night: Beer vs Wine is an exclusive, limited-capacity event where each course comes with two expertly matched drinks… but only one can claim the win. Guests will enjoy a 4-course seasonal menu created by acclaimed chef Gordon MacGregor (Wellington Point Farmhouse), with each dish paired with both a beer from Straddie Brewing Co, introduced by Head Brewer Andrew Sydes, and a wine hand-selected by Andy Morrison, Head Sommelier and Winemaker at St Stradbroke.
