Enjoy a delicious set lunch menu on Mother's Day at The Growers by Ponte.
From the BBQ, guests can savour garlic prawns, marinated chicken thighs, marinated pork belly, and chicken chorizo.
The buffet includes a garden salad with cucumber, radish, ginger lemon dressing, and Parmesan, as well as roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce, cumin, pomegranate, and parsley. There will also be warm crispy potato with salad dressing and shallots, house-made focaccia, roast vegetables, and rice, served with tomato sauce, smoked BBQ sauce, and mustard.
For dessert, indulge in sticky date pudding with whipped cream and praline, or enjoy a vanilla pannacotta with strawberry compote.
