Back by overwhelming demand, Rose Adam—the heart and soul behind Adelaide's beloved Middle Eastern café and a fan-favourite from MasterChef—is returning to Humble on Duke for a night of rich tradition, heartfelt cooking, and exceptional dining. On Sunday, June 1st, Rose will step into the kitchen alongside Stacey Conner, bringing her signature Lebanese flavours to Noosa Eat & Drink 2025. Expect a feast of deeply personal, nostalgic dishes, inspired by the recipes Rose and her mother still cook together for special occasions.
