Red hair? Wendy's is calling on Aussies to flaunt their luscious red tresses for a free feed as part of a Redhead Redemption. Wendy's is ready to roll out the red carpet at its new location on Cavill Avenue for strawberry blondes and beyond, to enjoy a day of well-deserved indulgence – from one redhead to another. With the aim of tackling stigma and to hero the ginger ninjas among us, the Wendy's team want to shine a rose-coloured lens on all redheaded outliers and inspire the masses to congregate on Cavill Avenue to claim their Redhead Redemption. Wondering what to expect on the day? Wendy's is offering a free Classic Single and medium-sized drink per scarlet head in line. Betweem 100% Aussie beef or upgrade to a Homestyle or Spicy Chicken Tender Burger if it floats your boat and you can handle the heat. Visitors will be met with live party vibes, complete with a DJ, hair and makeup, and redheaded heroes on site. With free Wendy's up for grabs, there'll be non-redheads looking to get in on the action too. So, to make event day as inclusive as possible, the team will have wigs and hairspray available, allowing fans to temporarily transform into redheads for the day in the name of a free burger.
