Alpine Education Series

Bright Brewery will be hosting the Alpine Education Series tour presented by Arc'teryx, Blizzard Academy and Mountain Safety Collective (MSC). You will get to meet lots of like minded backcountry folk, win some fantastic prizes and your ticket fees help keep MSC's daily backcountry conditions reports running all snow season. The night's schedule includes Blizzard Academy's session on taking your first steps into the backcountry, a presentation by Mountain Safety Collective on aligning your mindset with the Backcountry Conditions Report, a discussion on creating the Victorian Backcountry Companion, Drew Jolowicz sharing his journey of making Chamonix dreams a reality, a session on what happens when things go really wrong in the backcountry, and Dylan Robinson speaking about his sailing and skiing adventures in Alaska. There will be door prizes and social time as well. Please note that the schedule may be subject to last-minute changes.
