Eshraqa tells us that to cook is to love, and to eat is to share and her menu is certainly a reflection of this. From ginger-spiced coffee and crispy fava bean falafels dipped in tahini, to cinnamon and cardamom infused rice, to Sheiya, a smokey bbq-styled lamb served with spicy peanut sauce, to Eshraqa's spongy doughnuts. Her only hope? That those of you who join her will feel like family, sit as family and find joy in her family recipes.
