Majelen is Tash Sultana meets Ed Sheeran—acoustic doof doof for romantic nomads. Trained at the Conservatorium of Music, majoring in Jazz Guitar, Majelen's music is grounded in exceptional technical skill. With a distinctive playing style that uses her right hand for both rhythmic drumming and chordal movement, creating a full-band energy from a single acoustic guitar. Combined with thoughtful lyrics and captivating melodies, her sound is as uplifting as it is unique—equal parts heart and groove. Majelen's debut album, recorded at Abbey Road Studios, was released in March 2025. The album blends rich storytelling with innovative acoustic production. She was nominated for Musician of the Year and Breakout Artist of the Year at the 2024 GC Music Awards, and charted in the iTunes Top 100 across Australia, the UK, Europe, Canada, and the US. Her signature "Majelen" guitar, crafted by Cole Clark Guitars, and endorsements from Sheeran Loopers, QSC Audio, Kyser, and Boss/Roland further mark her as an artist on the rise.
