KI Dragonfly Guesthouse is a warm and inviting accommodation offering in the heart of Kingscote on Kangaroo Island, with hosts Bruno & Susi welcoming guests from around the world with genuine hospitality since 2016. Susi is now offering a beautiful retreat experience to assist women kick start their intermittent fasting journey. The Reset and Revitalise Retreat is led by Susi (South Australia's first Dr Mindy Pelz 'Fast Like a Girl Certified Coach'). Susi is also a Certified Master coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is equipped with numerous tools and techniques to assist women with metabolic switching, healthy eating, fasting, goal setting, mindset, getting active, finding joy, and reclaiming their health and happiness. This affordable six-day, five-night retreat offers accommodation, transport*, vegetarian meals, education, and activities for intimate groups of women (a minimum of 4, maximum of 6).
