Description

Want to create a soundtrack for an exhibition? Join Boxy Muzak! Work with electronic composers from Mess to create whooshy, gurgling, grinding soundscapes for the new interactive box machine! Summer art installation. Mess is Melbourne’s own Electronic Sound Studio with years of experience creating electronic sound. Join in and be a part of the exhibition. Learn about electronic sound and how to use synthesisers. Create sounds and music inspired by old and contemporary laundries and washing machines. Enjoy making art in the beautiful surrounds of Abbotsford Convent! Be sure to return the Convent in January to listen and dance to the final soundtrack during the live exhibition.
