This event to be held at our Barossa based home, will showcase seasonal produce from the onsite Kitchen Garden, with St Hugo Executive Chef, Simon Hicks, presenting a modern twist on classic Cabernet food pairings. Guests will indulge in an array of delectable small dishes, perfectly crafted to complement our premium Cabernet portfolio. With our St Hugo Winemaker Peter Munro hosting the pop-up bar and sharing his love for our hero red varietal, enjoy exclusive access to our fine and rare museum of Cabernet Sauvignon wines, alongside our latest contemporary vintages. Set in the stunning historical St Hugo Courtyard, the event will be accompanied by live jazz music, ensuring an afternoon of entertainment, indulgent wine, and gourmet cuisine.
