The event includes two activations: The Promenade Plaza Pop-Up Bar (January 10 – February 2): Experience the excitement of the Australian Open live on big screens in the exclusive pop-up bar, offering sweeping river views and a lively atmosphere. Summer Sips & Snacks (January 10 – March 2): Indulge in a specially curated menu featuring: Summer Soft Serve ($15): Aperol, citrus, and blood orange Aperol Spritz ($16): Aperol, prosecco, and soda Golden Hour Sour ($18): Aperol, passionfruit, and citrus Lobster Roll ($15): With Marie Rose sauce and fennel lettuce.
