Wool, water, and the actual black stump
The Blackall Woolscour is one of the last steam-powered wool-washing plants left standing in the country, and a tour still shows the whole century-old process. The town's own hot artesian bore feeds a warm mineral pool right in town, a proper outback soak after a day on the road. Out of town, the actual black stump the old phrase was named for still stands. Over in Tambo, the shire's other town, local wool gets turned into handmade toys instead.
