Stand in three states at once, beside the world's longest fence

This is as far into New South Wales as the roads go, one dusty pub serving three states at once where NSW, Queensland and South Australia finally meet. The Dingo Fence runs beside it, longer than the Great Wall of China, holding the line between sheep country and the true outback beyond. Tibooburra, the corner's nearest town, has two pubs and a courthouse-turned-gallery hung with Clifton Pugh's outback paintings, a stony desert on its doorstep turning violet at dusk. Out here, the swagger is earned.
