The R G Menzies Walk was named in acknowledgement of Sir Robert Menzies' crucial contribution to the final development of Australia's national capital, Canberra. The two-kilometre walk stretches from Commonwealth Avenue Bridge to Kings Avenue along the northern shore of picturesque Lake Burley Griffin.
