Gogeldrie Riverside Park

Gogeldrie Weir is a major irrigation structure located on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River and is the principal water diversion point for the Coleambally irrigation area, as well as providing supplementary supplies of water to the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Areas. The grounds of Gogeldrie Weir are an ideal picnic/camping area for families with fantastic barbecue facilities, toilets, showers and fully stocked kiosk. Fishing equipment available for hire and a good mix of bait for sale. Gogeldrie Weir campground has recently undergone significant improvements with remediation works undertaken in the transpiration bed to ensure that the site's effluent system is being effectively managed. These upgrades futureproof the site, allowing for potential enhancements such as the installation of cabins in the future. Gogeldrie Weir is fast becoming a haven for friends and families to gather and enjoy a relaxed break amongst the beautiful surrounds of the Murrumbidgee River.
