Eastview is a brewery and restaurant but above all, it is a distillery. A delicious bubbling gurgling magical distillery, and the obsession of one distiller, Stephen Dobson, who has also created a time travelling SpeakEasy for you to relax in and taste some of their international award-winning spirits and beers. The cellar door, which is open for tastings seven days a week, is also home to Restaurant Pinot, a stylish, sophisticated and relaxed dining experience featuring the very best of local produce. Located 15 kilometres south of Uralla, Eastview Estate can be found just three kilometres from the New England Highway along with the approach to the village of Kentucky.
