Kosciuszko Brewing Company

The Banjo Paterson Inn at Jindabyne is home to the Kosciuszko Brewing Company and the famous Kosciuszko Pale Ale! The Kosciuszko Brewing Company brewhouse includes a copper-clad mash tun/lauter and brew kettle, and is located in public view immediately adjacent to the main hotel entrance. Stop by for an ice-cold Kosci Pale Ale with Licensee Cameron or assistant brewers, Chuck and Rich. Ask the staff to take you for a tour to see the wonderfully brewed Pale Ale. This 600-litre microbrewery was started by brewer Chuck Hahn in April 2009, one of his latest brewing ventures after the Hahn Brewery in 1988 and the Malt Shovel brewery in 1998.
