Description

Nestled between the picturesque coves of Cylinder and Home Beach headlands at Point Lookout is Cylinder Beach on North Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah), one of the most popular beaches on the island, and even ranked one of the best in Queensland by Surf Life Saving Queensland. The beach is patrolled year-round by the Point Lookout Surf Club and is well-protected from prevailing winds, offering great swimming, surfing and sunbathing for all ages. Other facilities available include car parking, public toilets and nearby restaurants, campgrounds and accommodation.
