Riverside Parklands and Playground

Set in the heart of Bundaberg and perched on the banks of the Burnett River is Riverside Parklands. This waterfront space is perfect for walking or relaxing beside the river with plentiful casual seating, making it a popular spot to also sit by the water or do a spot of fishing. Enjoy a barbeque at one of the park’s picnic tables as you take in a picturesque view or try one of the nearby cafes and restaurants. The boardwalk takes you down to the river’s edge linking you with pathways that continue to Alexandra Park and the zoo. There is exercise equipment, a small playground near the picnic tables, barbeques and toilet facilities available.
