Steeped in Barossa history. Established in 1955. Rolf Binder Wines are made with the philosophy of only using primarily estate-grown fruit from our own vineyards across the Barossa, combined with traditional viticultural and winemaking techniques. Resulting in a range of highly acclaimed Barossa premium wines. Located on the beautiful Seppeltsfield Road scenic drive in the Barossa Valley, our Cellar Door and Winery was built in 1999 and fully renovated in 2018. Visitors can enjoy a memorable tasting of white and red wines, including the signature ‘Bull’s Blood’ Shiraz Mataro, produced since 1967. Take a stroll through the beautiful gardens and soak up the views across to vineyards from the veranda. Visitors can also enjoy a selection of delicious, locally made pizzas available all day, served with complimentary Eden Valley olives.
