Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the beautiful garden and soak up the magnificent view as you enjoy a fine wine experience. The grapes from Faulls Ridge are sent to Cassegrains Winery at Port Macquarie where their winemaker Alex Cassegrain makes the wine: a Verdelho, Rose and Chambourcin/Shiraz.
