Description

This beautiful piece was made by the Moree Quilters Group. 14 ladies contributed to making the jacket. The Town Criers Jacket shows the different crops that are grown on the beautiful black soil plains, inside the jacket is lined and the goanna can be found inside the jacket. The Jacket also features the Gwydir Wetlands. Ask the staff at the Moree Visitor Information centre where you can see the 'Moree Town Criers Jacket'.
