Located at the St Clements Estate, Lillino's Bar and Trattoria offers traditional Italian food with Sardinian/Mediterranean influence, complemented by award-winning estate-grown wines. Lillino's cellar door and restaurant boast one of the best views of the Hunter Valley and Broken Back Range. Come and join Lillino's for the Sardinian experience. They aim to source as much local produce as possible, while also importing the finest ingredients from Italy, including Prosciutto di Parma, mozzarella, parmesan and pizza flour from Naples. Their wood-fire pizzas are the best in the Hunter. House-made potato gnocchi with a creamy gorgonzola sauce. Luigi's linguine with king prawns and a special tomato sauce is a local favourite. Rotolini - house-made ricotta cheese rolled in crumbed eggplant and baked served with a tomato sauce and topped with parmesan. Lillino's desserts include tiramisu, chocolate fondant, panna cotta or affogato.
