Hay Shed Hill is one of a small and prestigious group of pioneer vineyards that have established Margaret River's reputation as a world-class wine-producing region. Located in the heart of the Wilyabrup Valley, Hay Shed Hill is one of Margaret River's oldest vineyards. Their Cellar Door has an extensive range on offer with over 25 wines on tasting. From the classics that Margaret River is so famous for, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay to Spanish Tempranillo and the wine of the moment, Malbec. There's a wine for everyone! The Hay Shed Hill Cellar Door has a wonderful selection of gifts, all produced by local Margaret River and Yallingup artisans. While you're here, enjoy some tapas at Rustico, the second venue to represent the Rustico Tapas brand made famous from its Rockingham Beach venue. Their delicious five-course degustation menu is the most popular way to dine and they can't wait to treat you! They also offer a three course kids meal with croquettes, a choice of fish or pizza and bravas for the main and delicious churros to finish including a juice and colouring in pack to keep the kids entertained. They recommend allowing 2.5 hours when dining so you can enjoy the full Rustico experience.
